Motorsport Days Live Competitions | Terms and Conditions 

 

The following terms and conditions apply to the MotorsportDays Live competition, launched in October 2021. 

  1. INTRODUCTION 

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the MotorsportDays.Live ‘Free Track Session’ (the “Contest”) operated by Motorsport Network, a United Kingdom limited company with its principal office located at 1 Eton Street, Richmond, TW9 1AG, and its subsidiary or subsidiaries (“Our”, “Us” and “We”) via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) (the “Platform” or “Platforms”).  

1.2. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms set out who can enter the Contest, how the Contest will be run, the prizes available and any other important terms regarding the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree you have accepted these Terms and to be bound by them.  

1.3. Any entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms shall be disqualified and will not be accepted.  

1.4. We are committed to protecting your privacy and other than to contact the winner, no personal data will be collected. For the winner use of your personal data will be in accordance with these terms and Our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.motorsportdays.live/terms-and-conditions/ and the Addendum located above (together the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy governs how we may use the data We collect from you.   

1.5. If you enter the Contest in accordance with these Terms you could win track session at MotorsportDays.Live on 5th or 6th November 2021 at Silverstone Circuit. By entering the Contest you confirm you are eligible to claim the Prize. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY 
    2.1. The Contest is open to all markets. Entrants must be 18 years old at the date of entry and must be able to comply with these Terms. 

2.2. The Contest is not open to Our employees, agents or directors (or their family members) or any of Our associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or anyone else professionally connected with Us or the Contest. 

2.3. You can enter the Contest as many times as you like. Multiple entries will not be disqualified.  Entries from third-party, automated entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be deemed invalid, disqualified and shall not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries unsuccessfully submitted. 

2.4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as We consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant, including but not limited to proof of age and/or residency, and Prizes may be withheld until and unless We are satisfied with the verification. 

  1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 
    3.1. The winner will be drawn at random on 15th October 2021. 

3.2. Entry is conducted by booking a ticket to the Motorpsort Days Live before Friday 15th October 2021. 

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest unless otherwise stated above. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt. 

3.4 Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a full UK Driving License in order to enter. 

 

  1. WINNERS 

4.1. The winners will be selected from those entries that comply with these Terms.  

4.2. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges’ decision is final. The full name of the judges is available on request. No correspondence shall be entered into.  

4.3. Winners will be notified in writing the email address supplied when booking a ticket to the event, 72 hours of the corresponding month-end. The winner will need to provide an email address so that official notification of winning can be provided. Proof of identity may be required. The winner shall, be entitled to turn down the Prize within 5 working days of receipt of notification, in which case he or she forfeits all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected. If a winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 5 working days of receipt of the notification, or the notification is confirmed as undelivered and/or Instagram profile that uploaded the picture no longer exists, they shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected.  For the purpose of clarity, receipt shall be assumed upon the sending of an email to the email address provided as part of the notification to the winner.  

4.4. We will have the right to disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence, and use any/all images for which we have been tagged for marketing purposes. Disclosure of winners will be done on motorsporttickets.com (international & local edition). By entering the competition, you agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your personal data. 

  1. PRIZE 
    5.1. The grand prize winners will be notified by email, and the session will be arranged via email correspondence.  

5.2. Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to the Winner the whole or any part of the Prize, We shall substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which We reasonably nominate. 

5.3. The grand prize is one of two track sessions at MotorpsortDays.Live at Silverstone on 5th or 6th November 2021. 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
    6.1. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering a Contest (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in a Contest. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of accepting the Prize.  Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of Our negligence. Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights to which you may be entitled as a consumer. 
  2. GOVERNING LAW 
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

8.2. All enquiries regarding the Contest (including requests for the name of winners) must be received by us within twenty-eight (28) days of the closing date of Contest.
