Quaife Engineering confirms its MotorsportDays LIVE debut

Quaife Engineering has joined a growing list of exhibitors signed up to attend this year’s MotorsportDays LIVE, Europe’s largest on-track exhibition, which takes place inside Silverstone’s stunning Wing complex and on the International Circuit. The show will open its doors to race licence holders, thought-leaders and an array of motorsport-focused brands on 4th and 5th November 2022.

Quaife Engineering has manufactured gearboxes, differentials and drivetrain components since 1965. Today, it employs 80 skilled engineers, works with more than 200 distributors, and trades in 26 countries. By combining capabilities such as R&D, design, production and testing, the company is renowned for its high-quality, reliable products.

The company is set to host an “open day” at MotorsportDays LIVE to showcase its range of products and services to motorsport professionals from all corners of the industry at the show. It will also bring several development and customer cars to test on the Silverstone International Circuit. Race licence holders will have the opportunity to drive these cars on track at the show.

Quaife will bring its Caterham 420R, which is equipped with its most successful gearbox, the QBE60G 6-speed sequential. Joining it will be the MK3 Focus RS with its newly developed 5-speed sequential gearbox. Both cars are fitted with Quaife Automatic Torque Biasing (ATB)® differentials. Customer cars will also be in attendance showcasing the current range of sequential gearboxes and ATB® differentials.

Dave King, Business Development Manager, Quaife Engineering, praises the show for its trade opportunities: “MotorsportDays LIVE is a great event that allows us to create a space within the larger show. I have attended the show as a guest for the previous two years, and it was apparent to me that the show was the perfect place for Quaife to get brand and product exposure while engaging potential customers on track. The number of championships and manufacturers in attendance makes the show unique and we cannot wait to join them in November.

“Silverstone is the perfect venue and the event allows us to offer potential customers the chance to experience our products first-hand. I’m sure the event will have a fantastic atmosphere which will help us accelerate our 2023 plans.”

Ben Whibley, Director of Events, Motorsport Network: “We are honoured to welcome Quaife Engineering to MotorsportDays LIVE. Its experience in the manufacturing and testing sector is an exciting addition to the exhibition as the show begins to take shape. We cannot wait to see its cars thrilling visitors on the Silverstone International Circuit.”
